1.5A Low Voltage-Low Dropout CMOS Regulator Key Features Voltages PAM3115 General Description The PAM3115 is a 1.5A CMOS LDO regulator that features a low quiescent current, ultra low input, output and dropout voltages, as well as over temperature shutdown. It is available in SOT-223 , TO-252 and SOP-8(exposed pad) packages. The fixed output voltage of the PAM3115 is set at the factory and trimmed to ± 2%.
