AD009-03 带学习遥控专用 IC（OTP）
一、产品简介
AD009-03 是专为数字电视遥控器开发的的 8 位 OTP 单片机。省晶振，省三极管。内
置高灵敏度学习电路。可通过编程来实现各地带学习的机顶盒遥控器。
二、产品特点：
与市面上带学习遥控 IC 相比，AD009-03 有三个特点
一.高质量！委托台湾著名 IC 设计公司设计，性能稳定可靠。采百家所长，后发制人。
二.高度内置！外围只需 5 个小元件。加工效率高，生产少出错，降低成本。
内置高精度谐振电路：频率偏差常温下小于±1%。
内置高灵敏学习电路。省十多个元件。
内置存贮电路（可选，也可以外挂存贮电路）
三.OTP 工艺！便于新品开发，相同外壳共板。
三、技术参数：
1. 8 位 MCU，8K bytes ROM，512bytes RAM。带上电复位、低电压复位和看门狗复位。
3. 省晶振时，频率偏差<=±1.5%, 也可外挂 4M~8M 晶振。
4. 学习灵敏度 4 档可调节。
