DESCRIPTION
The U7SH08 is a 2-input AND gate which provides the
Function Y=A*B.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device
destruction when it is powered down.
FEATURES
* Operation Voltage Range: 2~5.5V
* Low Power Current: ICC=2μA(Max)
* High Speed: tPD=4.3ns(Typ)
* High Noise Immunity: VNIH =VNIL=0.28*VCC(Min)
