DESCRIPTION
The PC3225TB is a silicon germanium (SiGe) monolithic integrated circuits designed as IF amplifier for DBS
tuners. This IC is manufactured using our 50 GHz fmax UHS2 (Ultra High Speed Process) SiGe bipolar process.
