The µ PA2708GR is N-channel MOS Field Effect
Transistor designed for DC/DC converter and power
management applications of notebook computer.

Low on-state resistance
RDS(on)1 = 5.5 mMAX. (VGS = 10 V, ID = 9.0 A)
RDS(on)2 = 7.5 mMAX. (VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 9.0 A)
Low Ciss: Ciss = 4700 pF TYP. (VDS = 10 V, VGS = 0 V)
